Orders are usually shipped via FedEx, but we also use UPS depending on the best available service to a specific address.
We strive to pack and ship all packages within two business days. If this is not possible for some reason, we will notify you immediately. The total time to receive your package is dependent upon the shipping method you choose. We have listed the estimated times including our packing time and shipping time. For example, for a "Ground" shipped package, the total time is calculated as follows:
(1-2 days for us to pack and ship) + (Shipping Time) = Total Delivery Time
For example, if you select "Ground", the shipping time will be 3-7 business days, depending on where you live. This means your total delivery time will be 1-2 days for packing + 3-7 days (shipping time), for a total of 4-9 business days from the time you place your order.
Most orders will be delivered within 4-6 business days after being ordered; however, please allow up to 7 business days for delivery. Signature is required for delivery. Additional charges apply for Alaska or Hawaii. Standard Delivery is NOT available for P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.
Overnight Delivery (1-2 Business Days Total)
Orders are delivered within 1-2 business day of being ordered. Overnight Delivery is available for most zip codes. Signature is required for delivery. Overnight Delivery is NOT available for Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International or for delivery on Saturdays or Sundays.
Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii
Standard Delivery shipping to these addresses is available for an extra charge of $15.00. Due to the considerable expense. it is highly recommeded you review all one and two day shipping rates for your orders prior to selecting them.
Shipping to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO and International Addresses
Shipping to P.O. Boxes is NOT available. Shipping to APO/FPO and International addresses are not currently available as a standard option.
Tracking Your Package
We know you are eager to receive your Glacier Confection orders. When your package ships, we will send you an e-mail notification along with the UPS tracking number of your shipment. You can track the status of your shipment from the section our our website titled,
"My Account" | "Track your recent orders"
Or Call 1-800-FEDEX and provide them with your tracking number that was emailed to you.
Warm Weather Shipping
PLEASE NOTE: Due to the heat sensitivity of our products, when transit routes or destination temperatures are over 70 degrees F, orders MUST BE SHIPPED via one or two day Express. These orders will be shipped in insulated packaging to protect these products from the heat. Additionally, we will only ship these orders on Monday, Tuesday or Wednesday so your order will not be in transit over the weekend.
